Why did you hire me?

This is a fun question to ask your manager after you get hired somewhere, I think for a couple reasons:

1. You get some immediate feedback on how you interviewed and which of your strengths shined through
2. You make sure you're aligned with what your manager hired you for and what problems they want you to solve for them
